By signing this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that I have a liability waiver signed, updated, and on file with PSC. Furthermore I still agree to all the terms as set forth in the original full length waiver and agree to conform to the rules
of the park. I also will not hold PSC liable for any lost, stolen or damaged of any personal property that I have brought into the park property nor to any injury and or death that may arise from my forthcoming diving activity on this day. I also understand that this waiver that
I am signing of my own free will release the resort of any and all liability.
